10 Big Vince McMahon Arguments With Top WWE Stars

5. The Ultimate Warrior

The Ultimate Warrior and Vince McMahon were not on speaking terms for many years. Each time Warrior worked with WWE during the 1990's, his tenure ended with ill-feeling between both parties. It wasn't until 2013 that things started to move in a more positive direction, culminating with Warrior's induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2014. Before that, the pair hadn't really talked since the mid-90's. A series of letters were traded shortly before SummerSlam 1991, during which Warrior apparently demanded a huge sum of money to appear. McMahon acquiesced, before telling the wrestler his services were no longer needed shortly afterwards. In 1992, Warrior returned at WrestleMania VIII, but was later outright sacked by the company for drug reasons. The man had received shipments of Human Growth Hormone, a drug that was banned by the WWF's new stringent drug policy. Warrior wouldn't be seen again in the company until 1996, and things again ended on a sour note. In '96, the WWF were low on top stars, so it must have been irritating for Vince McMahon to have to deal with more Warrior-related problems. No-showing several events, The Ultimate Warrior again fell out with the boss, and left the promotion on bad terms.
