10 Big WWE Predictions For The Road To WrestleMania 36

5. Sasha & Bayley Finally Fracture

Mark "Writer Predicts Bayley and Sasha Banks Split and Feud" off your WhatCulture Predictions bingo, folks, because here it is.

This take has been regurgitated hundreds of times across hundreds of articles, but surely Bayley vs. Sasha is the match? It has to be, right? There's little else. Short of Naomi somehow becoming SmackDown Women's Champion again or Lacey Evans re-entering the fray, both of which look unlikely, there's little else for Bayley to do.

Nia Jax is a reasonable outside bet, as is an NXT call-up, though there'd be concerns that this is too similar to the Rhea Ripley/Charlotte Flair programme. Thus, the answer is Banks. It has always been Banks, and WWE is well-positioned to finally pull this off.

"Best friends" they may be, but there's no way a character as ambitious as Sasha can be too thrilled about playing second fiddle to Bayley for much longer. It must be driving her wid at the moment - and that's easy fuel for a turn and a feud, though Bayley would probably need to play the face. Her heel run hasn't been convincing.
