Brock Lesnar vs. Ricochet could well be an excellent match. The WWE Champion is still an excellent wrestler with a unique aura, and his matches against smaller opponents tend to deliver when given time. Lesnar typically excels against leaner, faster wrestlers he can throw around as if they were weightless and Ricochet is one of the best the company have, making it easy to dream of a mesmeric 15-20 minute clash of styles the calibre of Lesnar's bouts with Finn Balor, AJ Styles, and more.

Their Super ShowDown clash probably won't be that. It'll likely be a Lesnar squash. Brock will roll into Saudi Arabia, absorb a few spots of Ricochet's offense, before putting him down with multiple German Suplexes and an F5. If the agents are feeling generous, they might give 'WWE's Resident Superhero' two F5s. Maybe.

The internet will be mad as hell about this, but the internet gets mad as hell when Brock so much as flexes. It may just be the right call, though. Brock is WWE's alpha and absolutely shouldn't go 50/50 with everyone. On top of this, the company will want to make him look as strong as possible for Drew McIntyre and WrestleMania 36, particularly if the plan is for Drew to go over.
