10 Biggest Booking Mistakes Of Roman Reigns' WWE Career
7. Having Reigns Win The WWE Championship The Night After TLC 2015
This Sunday, Triple H will face Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 32. This may not have been the company's first choice of main events given the amount of injuries to the roster in recent months, but it is the one they have to work with and at least is ideally driven by the idea of Roman Reigns finally capturing the championship.
Except that's not quite the case is it? While you can write-off Reigns' Surivor Series win that only lasted minutes, Roman actually does have a legitimate - albeit brief - title run to his name as he beat Sheamus the night after losing to him at TLC 2015. While delaying a wrestler's title win until Raw has worked in the past, it typically only works when you've got a guy like Stone Cold who has fans begging to see him come through under any circumstances.
It just made the win feel so meaningless, which is something you should never be able to say about a title change.
