10 Biggest Missed Opportunities In The Rock's WWE Career

3. Should Have Faced The Undertaker At 'Mania

Going even further, why was The Rock never booked to face The Undertaker for the latter's much-heralded winning streak at WrestleMania? The match would have produced massive box office interest, and surely would have been a classic, perhaps even one of the best 'Streak' matches that Undertaker ever had.

It's quite the shame that The Undertaker has faced the likes of Mark Henry and Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania, but never The Rock. Sure, both men have faced one another in several Pay-Per-View featured attractions, such as at the King Of The Ring in 1999, or No Way Out in 2002, but 'Mania would have been on a whole different level.

Of course, there's still a chance the match could happen in coming years, but is there really any point? The Undertaker's winning run was ended by Brock Lesnar in 2014, and thus there wouldn't be a significant level of bite to the clash. The Undertaker vs. The Rock at 'Mania is one match which definitely should have happened long before now, but it seems lost to the sands of time.
