10 Biggest Things WWE Stole From WCW

To anyone who expected a branch off about Max Moon and not the New World Order, we're very sorry. Instead, this entry will be dedicated to the second greatest ripoff of the nWo's success, DX (of course, Bàlor Club tops that list).

The summer of 1996 saw one of professional wrestling's greatest moments, when Hulk Hogan turned heel on Randy Savage and joined The Outsiders to form the nWo. They quickly took over the wrestling landscape and became the single-most popular thing going in the entire business. Just a year later, Shawn Michaels and Triple H decided to put their own spin on the "gang of mischievous rebels" act. D-Generation X quickly became the most popular act on their own respective side of the war, trading constant member additions and overwhelming numbers for d*ck jokes and "Suck It!"s.

DX wasn't just randomly picked out to rival the nWo either; the main members of each group together formed The Kliq. No matter how much Vince wants to deny this one, the resemblance between the two is there.

Hell, DX even pulled their own invasion stunt akin to The Outsiders' invasion of WCW...although without the whole kayfabe part...
