6. Sheamus

Sheamus will go down as one of the fastest-rising stars in WWE history, mostly due thanks to being a "Triple H Guy." Making his main roster debut in June 2009 on the ECW brand, Sheamus' time on the C-show didn't last long. He dominated the land of Extreme in decisive fashion before jumping to Raw in October where he immediately targeted the top dog: John Cena.

At TLC, he shocked the world when he sent Cena spiralling through a table to capture the WWE Championship, becoming the quickest Superstar to win the prestigious prize from the time of his WWE debut since Brock Lesnar in 2002.

Shortly after dropping the belt, he entered a program with Triple H, who handpicked him to be his opponent for WrestleMania XXVI. The Game wanted to personally put over his newest "experiment," and although Sheamus' big win didn't come on the grand stage, it occurred the following month at Extreme Rules when The Celtic Warrior decimated him and put The Cerebral Assassin's career on hold for close to a year.

Unfortunately, upon his return, Sheamus was squashed by HHH, but Sheamus has done pretty well for himself since then, having cemented his place on the roster as a main event player.
