There are all kinds of gimmicks in professional wrestling that work whether somebody is a face or a heel. The idea of a guy that women are attracted to and want to be with is something that has been done in wrestling for a long time. It's an easy gimmick to do because if a guy brags about getting all the girls it's easy to hate him. A term that WWE has often used for these kinds of character is a "Boytoy." It's another way to say that a guy is desirable to women. These guys can come in different forms with unique personas, but essentially they are the same thing.
