10 Biggest WWE Crimes CM Punk Totally Got Away

1. Suing WWE Over 'Wrongful Termination'

Despite everything he had going for him in the company, it's become clear since he left that Phil 'CM Punk' Brooks was less than happy for a good while in WWE. He was angry over missing out on the main event of WrestleMania repeatedly, and wasn't seeing eye-to-eye with the likes of Triple H and Vince McMahon. The fact he was served his termination papers on his wedding day greatly angered the man too. Livid about what he deemed a deliberate shot at him on a happy occasion in his personal life, Punk filed a 'wrongful termination' lawsuit against WWE. Later, both parties came to an agreement away from the court room, which was likely the best outcome for all. Still, the fact that Punk decided to sue his company is not something Vince McMahon could ever be expected to swallow with ease. Nonetheless, he and Triple H have both expressed to Steve Austin interest in working with CM Punk again in the future. This means that the renegade wrestler and current MMA fighter has managed to get away with taking WWE to task. That's an achievement. What else do you think CM Punk has done that would be deemed a 'crime' by WWE? Do you think he will ever end up back in the company? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments section!
