10 Bizarre Times Wrestlers Experimented With Their Look

1. CM Punk

Perhaps it was more about exasperation than experimentation, but CM Punk didn't really look like one thing or another during the final days of a WWE run that was soon to end in acrimony.

For years he'd mixed up his beard and hairstyles in order to remain fresh and associate certain looks with certain chapters of his career, but the last of looks in the company spoke to the discontent behind the scenes as well as Punk's growing disinterest in life as a WWE Superstar.

His hair wasn't short but wasn't long, didn't look slick but didn't look sharp, and the unfinished and unkempt style was paired with some Wolverine-style mutton chops that were - fittingly - in dire need of attention. It'd perhaps be unfair to call the aesthetic a "choice", but if it was there to reflect anything, it might have been a theme of total disregard.

He was showing towards his appearance what he believed WWE were showing to him.
