10 Bold WWE Predictions For 2016

1. Seth Rollins Will Breakout As WWE's Top Babyface Star

Seth Rollins will return from his MCL, ACL and medial meniscus tears as a babyface. There is no denying that. Rollins will not only return as a babyface, though, he will return as the top hero in the company. You read that right. The backstory has already been told. A former Shield member who was led astray, promised the wold then manipulated by The Authority at every turn. He was betrayed by those he trusted most, then left to recover on his own as Triple H and Stephanie McMahon moved on, searching for a new champion to fill his spot following the catastrophic injury. Rollins will return with a vengeance and the fans who bought into his story, who invested themselves in his journey, will respond with great passion. At a time when WWE is trying desperately to convince the audience that Roman Reigns is the man to ascend the ladder and replace John Cena as the face of the company, it will be Rollins who proves that he is the guy to do that. He already works a babyface style, and is one of the best wrestlers in the world. His WWE World Heavyweight Championship win at WrestleMania was greeted with a tremendous ovation. Add to that the ready-made story involving a high profile match with Triple H and you have all the makings of not only a major babyface run, but a magical one.
