10 Booking Steps For WWE Queen Of The Ring

5. A Couple Of Stipulation Matches

To maintain that fresh feeling, WWE has to incorporate one or two stipulation contests into the tournament.

They need to make sense, though. They shouldn't be happening for the sake of happening. The above image shows Sasha Banks and Bayley colliding inside Hell In A Cell, a feud that warranted the stipulation because of a) how well the duo had been built up throughout the pandemic era, and b) the personal nature of their rivalry. This couldn't go without a marquee match stip.

For Queen Of The Ring, WWE should be wise and promote one of these stipulations in the opening round. It sets a prestigious tone for the remainder of the tournament. A story like Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley, which, forever reason, will still be ongoing at this point presumably, could benefit from a Last Woman Standing stipulation. They had a banger at Money In The Bank, and thus, adding such a stipulation to the attraction would work superlatively.

Something like Liv Morgan vs. Zelina Vega, for example, would feel cheap if WWE was to lambast it with a needless stipulation. There simply isn't a requirement for such a thing in this match; why would a random house show-esque match be given a mundane no disqualifications stipulation? Save the stipulations for where they make sense.
