The fact The Club are challenging for the Raw Tag-Team Titles at Clash Of Champions could be considered a tad uninspiring. It's pretty loud and clear that WWE's creative team just didn't feel they had any other heel teams strong enough to go against The New Day on the pay-per-view, which is why Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are back in that spot.

Comedy touches just haven't resonated with fans throughout the rivalry, and it looks like New Day will manage to retain their titles come Clash Of Champions. Therefore, it's important that WWE add a shred of doubt to the situation on this week's episode of Raw.

Following a short match between Big E and Karl Anderson, during which the New Day member picks up a win, the babyface trio go on to physically dominate their top challengers. It's well-known that those who appear dominant on the last TV episode before pay-per-view usually lose on the supershow, so this could confuse some fans.

If The Club come out on top, it'll be even more obvious that New Day are winning. WWE surely want to make people doubt themselves going into Clash Of Champions.
