8. Malakai Black
Similarly to the last two on this list, Malakai Black has main event potential. While the House of Black are currently feuding with Death Triangle, a title program with Punk would be a strong follow up. With Brody King, Buddy Matthews and now Julia Hart at his side, Malakai would give Punk a serious test.
With Punk now seemingly aligned with FTR, these two groups could go to war. In addition to Malakai challenging Punk for the title, a trios match between these two teams would be a ridiculously good Dynamite main event. Black could prey on Punk's past tendency to push his allies away, planting a seed of doubt in FTR's minds and taking advantage with the aid of his loyal followers. Or maybe Julia Hart could spray some black mist into the eyes of AJ Mendez...
Malakai Black is a wrestler who can take a loss and look strong in defeat. While he and his House shouldn't lose too often, and while Malakai deserves his own run with some gold, a feud with Punk could solidify Malakai and the House of Black as legitimate, main event force in AEW.
