3. Jerry Lawler's Heart Attack - September 10, 2012

When Randy Orton and Jerry Lawler teamed to defeat CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler in Montreal, Quebec, nobody suspected that the night was about to take a grave turn. Later in the show, during a match pitting Team Hell No against The Prime Time Players, Lawler collapsed at the announcers' table, suffering a massive heart attack. Though it wasn't immediately apparent to fans watching Raw at home, those in attendance at the Bell Centre saw Lawler rushed to the back. Michael Cole, who quickly used his mute button and called for help when he saw Lawler go down, explained to the TV audience what had happened. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JebZpBaJJw For the rest of the night, a clearly-shaken Cole gave fans updates on Lawler's condition, but most of the news came after the show had ended €“ yes, it was a heart attack, but thankfully, Lawler made a drastic and near-immediate recovery. He received an angioplasty the following day, showed no signs of brain damage in ensuing CT scans, and returned home to Memphis days later. In November, he made a triumphant return to Raw, capping off a miraculous recovery.
