10 Creative Ways To Utilize Paige's WWE Return

2. A Return To NXT

Before Paige's loyal fans think of this as a demotion, allow me to explain:

Upon Paige's return to WWE, it should be considered that she first show up on NXT rather than Monday Night RAW or Tuesday Night SmackDown Live!

After Bayley's defeat at the hands of Asuka at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II, there still has yet to be a two-time NXT Women's Champion. With the perception of NXT's roster struggling a bit from where's it been in previous years with the departures of Finn Bálor, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Bayley, Enzo & Cass, and many more, Paige could act as a boost to the brand, both creatively and financially, by returning to the place where it all began.

A Paige vs. Asuka match screams NXT Takeover material and if WWE shows a renewed faith in Paige, a victory over Asuka to make NXT history immediately jumps Paige to the top of the female roster.

What better way to help improve the touring NXT brand by adding Paige's star power, all the while getting her re-acclimated to success and reintroducing her to the audience, and utilizing Paige on Wednesday nights? If done right, a program or two in NXT could skyrocket Paige right back to the top of the business again.
