10 Current Top WWE Talents Who Are Missing A Truly Classic Match
7. Natalya
She's been confidently putting over talent and comfortably the safest pair of hands in the women's division for what feels like an eternity, yet it's still hard to pinpoint a match on Natalya's CV which screams out 'true classic'.
Her recent submission battle with Becky Lynch at SummerSlam 2019 summed up the Hart family member's match output for much of her career perfectly. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the bout itself - it was actually arguably Lynch's best match since becoming champion - it just didn't set the world on fire.
You could argue that the closest Natalya has come to that legendary status match-up was when she went up against Charlotte Flair at the first NXT TakeOver in 2014. Yet, even that pales in comparison to the later Sasha Banks vs. Bayley and Asuka vs. Ember Moon NXT barn burners.
It's incredible to think that a star who has been plying her trade as part of either Raw, SmackDown or ECW for over a decade somehow hasn't produced a WWE match that will be replayed for generations to come.
Natalya could surprise us all and put on an absolute banger with Shayna Baszler, Asuka or even Nia Jax (sorry, I got carried away) in the next few years. She definitely deserves at least one universally adored smash hit, so here's hoping she gets her moment.
