10 Current Top WWE Talents Who Are Missing A Truly Classic Match
6. Bobby Lashley
Outside of the world of WWE, Bobby Lashley found himself involved in some pretty awesome World Championship encounters with the likes of Kurt Angle and Austin Aries during his time with TNA/Impact Wrestling.
However, inside of Vince McMahon's empire, Lashley's list of top level wars isn't what you would class as long.
During his first run, a WWE title match with John Cena at The Great American Bash in 2007 was about as good as it got and his current spell in the company hasn't really delivered the goods, either.
You can't look past his Last Man Standing match with Braun Strowman at Extreme Rules 2019 as his one and only high standard contest since returning to the company in 2018. Even that wasn't the best match on a PPV which included The Graveyard Dogs vs. Shane McMahon & Drew McIntyre, AJ Styles vs. Ricochet and Aleister Black vs. Cesaro.
Lashley should be putting on absolute classics with the likes of Brock Lesnar and the new WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, but he's sadly not been given the chance to be anything more than an annoying piece of arm candy since joining forces with (and getting 'married' to) Lana.
Hopefully a new alliance with MVP can lead to some high quality matches with Raw's top performers in 2020.
