10 Despicably Villainous UFC Moments

3. Conor McGregor Tells Translator To Tell Jose Aldo He's His 'Daddy'

Conor McGregor's tactics were nothing short of unbelievable when trying to get under Jose Aldo's skin in pursuit of the Brazilian's UFC Featherweight gold in 2015.

Tearing up pictures of the legendary Aldo, throwing darts at said pictures, claiming to 'own Rio de Janeiro', parading Aldo's title over his shoulder in the champ's face... I could go on...

...and I will, as arguably the most outrageously villainous moment in this iconic feud came when the pair were both scheduled to be interviewed on FOX Sports together.

Aldo was using a translator for the exchange and McGregor saw this as the perfect opportunity to really p*ss off the king of the Featherweights. With an arrogant smirk, McGregor demanded that the translator inform Aldo that 'The Notorious' one was the Brazilian's 'daddy'.

After some resistance, she eventually did and McGregor followed this up by imploring Aldo to 'sit on (his) lap' .

This act clearly succeeded in catching Aldo off-guard and only made fans of the star - who had nearly gone a decade undefeated - yearn for McGregor to have his arse handed to him at UFC 194. Yet, as we all know, that didn't happen.

McGregor revels in the role of the despicable villain and when his brand of mental warfare truly hits its mark, even the coolest of heads can struggle to stay composed.
