3. Asuka & Hikaru Shida
Sometimes the obvious ideas are the best ones. Let's run this through:-
Two kick-ass wrestlers: check.
Two fan favourites: check.
Two World Champions: check.
Asuka and Hikaru Shida are two of the best wrestlers on the planet, both in kayfabe and reality. Asuka is the most charismatic performer in wrestling right now, lighting up every segment she's in with her wonderfully off-kilter sense of humour and excellent facials. (Seriously, check out the number of times she's made other wrestlers corpse on camera this year).
Hikaru Shida, meanwhile, has become the most dominant female wrestler in AEW and is inarguably the best worker in the company's women's division. She's also done a good job developing her personality in recent weeks - we popped hard for Shida shouting "I found my kendo stick, b*tch!" in her Double or Nothing match against Nyla Rose.
Simply put, Asuka and Hikaru Shida would be a money pairing. Both women have dedicated fan followings, both are excellent in the ring, and both are hugely magnetic personalities (Asuka especially so).
And yet they both still find the time to host their own channels on YouTube (Kanachan TV & Shidatube). Some people really can do it all.
