Cue the band and get them to play some no chin music.

It looked for all the world like little Jimmy Ellsworth's unlikely WWE rags to riches success story had come to an end when Carmella belittled then battered him on an episode of SmackDown in November 2017. The enhancement worker had come a long way since bursting onto the scene as a brave victim for squash monster Braun Strowman on Raw in 2016, but he was realistically never going to last forever on the roster.

Surprise! James returned at Money In The Bank 2018, reunited with Mella and helped her retain the SmackDown Women's Title vs. Asuka. Nobody was ready for Ellsworth (sorry). The dude would ride this second go-around out for another month or so. That brevity made some call his return pointless. Ooooooh no.

Time to defend Ellsworth: Folie à Deux. He was a perfect sidekick for Carmella, and probably shouldn't have been taken off her in the first place. They meshed well together. Seeing James ham it up by trying to look cool was a constant giggle, and it was great to give fans a bit more of that in 2018.
