1. Bret Hart vs. Steve Austin (WWF WrestleMania 13)
One of the most iconic WrestleMania images of all time, a bloodied Steve Austin valiantly passing out in the grip of Bret Hart's Sharpshooter will be shown until the end of time, and rightly so. Meeting in a Submission Match, Austin and Hart would both switch alignment at 'Mania 13 - it was a beautifully-executed double turn, Austin became the biggest antihero in wrestling, and Hart became one of the most hated and bitter villains. WrestleMania 13 is another show many fans routinely rag on as nothing special, pointing towards a fairly boring main event between The Undertaker and Sycho Sid, and a whole host of other matches which didn't really have people on the edge of their seats. Hart vs. Austin was always going to be a good one, but it stole the entire show, and helped usher in one of the most creative and exciting eras in WWF/WWE history. Coming out of the event, Austin and Hart were both on fire for different reasons, and there was ample opportunity to continue their - literal - blood feud.
