From creative self-sabotage to political stupidity.

Jaxson Ryker's tweets in June 2020 were seriously insensitive and tone deaf. They came smack bang in the middle of the Black Lives Matter movement, and his pro-Trump comments surrounding the George Floyd protests were seriously ill-advised. His words immediately led to backlash from WWE stars like Kevin Owens, Mustafa Ali and more, and directly led to Ryker’s downfall in WWE.

He was quietly released in November 2021 after struggling to rebound post-Forgotten Sons. Oh yes, the Forgotten Sons. Ryker's idiocy brought two stablemates to the brink with him, and none of the trio would ever recover. In short, both Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler became unfortunate collateral in Jaxson's unwanted social quest.

KO, being fair to him, did point out Ryker's right to freedom of speech. However, Jaxson sorely needed to show some common sense and realise firing out those tweets during such a sensitive time in the world could never reflect well on himself or WWE.
