10 Faces You Never Thought You'd See On WWE TV

1. Eric Bischoff

On July 15, 2002, hell froze over.

Eric Bischoff, the man who gave McMahon his greatest challenge, even knocking him off his pro wrestling throne during the mid-1990s, appeared on WWE TV. The former president of WCW was announced as the new general manager of Raw, the show he competed against and, for some time, defeated during the Monday Night War. Barely anybody backstage or on the roster knew that McMahon's biggest enemy had joined the company -- several ex-WCW guys like Ric Flair were appalled. To complete the surrealism, Bischoff then embraced McMahon, the man he vowed to drive into bankruptcy and once challenged to a real-life fight on pay-per-view, with a giant bear hug.

Wrestling fans were shocked as the “never say never” adage rang true once again.
