Similar to most of the aforementioned names on this list, Dean Ambrose has made quite the name for himself in singles competition over the last year. He's lost a bit of steam since the fall when he lost his feud against Seth Rollins, but he still finds himself in a prominent position at WrestleMania 31 in the Intercontinental Championship Ladder match. At this juncture, he hasn't won a pay-per-view match since June's Payback event, and if he can't come out with a win at 'Mania, he'll be in desperate need of a feud with someone he can actually beat. Interestingly enough, it was around the time Sheamus took the United States Championship off Ambrose that the seeds were seemingly planted for a heel turn for The Celtic Warrior. He lastly eliminated Ambrose from a 20-man Battle Royal on the May 5 edition of Raw to win the gold, but other than a championship rematch that week on SmackDown, the storyline was dropped abruptly. Sheamus subsequently embarked on a forgettable run with the star-spangled prize, but who knows how different things would have been had he feuded with Ambrose instead. Regardless of whether they'd play off that old history or not, Sheamus and Ambrose could produce a solid series of matches that would see both Superstars receive the focus and direction they need right now.
