10 Gifts WWE Should Give Their Superstars This Christmas

1. Kevin Owens - The WWE World Heavyweight Championship

Although he may not look it in the eyes of many in WWE, Kevin Owens is built to be WWE World Heavyweight Champion. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan proved that we're in an age where superstars no longer need to look like John Cena or Batista to be top dog, so long as they have fantastic ability and a superstar aura - and the current Intercontinental Champion has those in spades. Not only is Owens incredible in the ring and not only does he carry a fantastic heel persona, but he also does the little things right. He interacts with the crowd, throws audible (and hilarious) barbs during his matches, and has an excellent grasp on ring psychology. In many ways, he's the anti-Reigns. He had to fight to even get into WWE's developmental system, reportedly scraping through via a deciding vote from Triple H. His matches don't feel like carbon copies of one another, and he comes across as entirely in-tune with his gimmick. In a perfect world, nobody on the roster would be as certain a future champion as Kevin Owens (in fact, he'd probably have at least one reign under his belt already). Unfortunately, WWE is far from perfect at present. Hopefully they see sense this Christmas, and give Owens the gift of a future world title reign.
