10 Greatest Entrances In UFC History

4. Tom Lawlor (UFC 113)

What did I say about Rocky music?

If you know anything about Tom Lawlor, you'll know that this dude lives for the extravagant showmanship of the walk-in. Hulk Hogan tributes and walking a member of his crew to the cage like a dog are just a few of the examples of how far Lawlor will go to steal the show.

After losing to Aaron Simpson at Fight Night: Mayna Vs. Diaz, Joe Doerksen had been set up as Lawlor's follow up challenge. Coming off his first defeat in UFC, Lawlor sensed that he had to up the ante in order to keep eyes on him.

His plan?

Go full Apollo Creed... in Canada.

You'll probably remember that Tyson Fury recently did the same in his fight with Tom Schwartz (In Las Vegas) but it was Tom Lawlor who brought James Brown to mainstream MMA.

Bobbing and jigging to the legendary 'Living in America', Lawlor even donned a supreme moustache for the entrance. The stars and stripes obviously sent the crowd in Montreal, Quebec into a frenzy.

Lawlor wouldn't have enough to defeat Doerksen on the night, yet he deserves top marks for a brash and hilarious showing.
