10 Greatest WWE Royal Rumble Posters

Royal Rumble 2017 Poster
WWE

Keen to make a positive impression on audiences after the disastrous 2014 pay-per-view event, WWE effectively promoted a double main event for 2015's offering, promising a stacked group of performers for the Rumble itself and co-headlining the show with a spectacular Triple Threat match for the WWE Title.

The poster was actually an updated one from the original, after Seth Rollins was a late addition to the match to help spice up a flagging Cena/Lesnar feud that was testing crowd patience.

Despite the disastrous Rumble itself, the decision to go ahead with a Triple Threat proved inspired, with 'The Architect', 'The Champ' and 'The Beast' crafting one of the best matches of the year, justifying their positioning literally and figuratively above the rest of 2015's chasing pack.
