10 Greatest WWE Sellers Of All Time

3. Ric Flair

Some superstars become main event players not because they're the most talented athlete on the card, but because, from top to bottom, they're so thoroughly entertaining that crowds find it impossible to look away even for a moment while they're in the ring. That's Ric Flair.

Everything Flair did was big. He had no time for nuance or subtlety. He was going to make sure that every move and, more importantly, every reaction to every move was as grandiose as it could possibly be.

Oh my goodness could The Nature Boy sell a basic wrestling move. The guy took a chop like it was being propelled from a rocket launcher that was simultaneously being shot out of a canon.

There's no one in the business, past or present, with a signature bump as well-known and feverishly beloved as the Flair Flop. And his "begging off"? Absolutely iconic and much imitated.

Granted, there are sure to be people out there who are annoyed by his consistently cartoonish selling. That's fine. But if you aren't thoroughly entertained watching him stagger back and forth across the entirety of the ring before finally flopping dramatically onto his face - after nothing more than a punch to the face - you're not exactly the "ideal" wrestling fan.
