10 Highest Selling UFC PPVs In History

3. UFC 100 - 1,600,000 Buys

For 2009’s UFC 100 event, the UFC went hard to assemble a card full of big-name stars and some can’t-miss fights.

Taking up the main event spot was the hugely anticipated rematch between UFC Heavyweight Champion and interim UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir. With Lesnar looking to avenge his previous submission loss to Mir, the former WWE Champion got a second-round TKO victory over Frank.

Making up the rest of the card, the legendary Georges St-Pierre successfully defended his UFC Welterweight Championship against Thiago Alves, Dan Henderson scored one of the greatest knockout victories in UFC history against Michael Bisping, Mark Coleman got a decision W over the tough-as-nails Stephan Bonnar, Tom Lawlor spectacularly submitted C.B. Dollaway, and a young Jon Jones got a submission win in only his third UFC fight.

On top of the 1.6 million PPV buys that saw the event become the most-bought UFC show in history up until that point, the 10,000-strong Vegas crowd brought in just over $5 million on the gate.
