10 HUGE AEW Revolution 2023 Predictions You Need To Know

3. The Gunns (c) Vs. The Acclaimed Vs. Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett Vs. Danhausen & Orange Cassidy

CM Punk
AEW

Danhausen and Orange Cassidy's insertion into this match as sentimental favourites on the go-home edition of Dynamite made for a nice moment in a Casino Battle Royal, but there's a difference between that kind of nice and the special version that defined The Acclaimed's run with the gold.

Truthfully, that's been floating in the ether since The Gunns unexpectedly dethroned Max Caster and Anthony Bowens.

For the second year in a row, Revolution will have a multi-man match for these belts instead of a straight two-on-two, but if last year's reason was a little shallow, this one is entirely empty. Four teams are better than two when one are The Gunns, yes. But why put the belts on them to begin with?

Every prediction is a heart-over-head one here. Everybody Loves The Acclaimed, so them winning the gold back is a quick fix at least. Equally, Danhausen & Orange Cassidy are the popular members of Best Friends and rode that to victory. And then there's Jeff Jarrett being your writer unashamed favourite wrestler and being one of the MVPs in AEW since he debuted in 2022. So them.

Not good booking.
