10 Huge Names Who Won't Be Competing At WrestleMania 32
8. Goldberg
Ever year, rumors seem to pop up about Goldberg returning to WWE for a WrestleMania match, but clearly, the two sides have been unable to agree on a deal thus far. This year, though, things are different - WWE is desperate to stack the WrestleMania card, while Goldberg has been vocal about a return to the business. Just this past week, "Da Man" spoke about being contacted by TNA for a wrestling return, though he seemed unenthusiastic about the possibility. The time is right for Goldberg to return to the company - ratings are sagging and a short-term comeback leading to a WrestleMania match may help stem the ebbing tide. Still, money has always been a sticking point between both sides, and that's unlikely to change. Goldberg believes that his services are worth a certain amount, while WWE (and particularly Triple H, who famously didn't get along with Bill) hasn't been willing to match his price. Being as how Goldberg left WWE on poor terms and is just as happy not working for the company, don't expect any compromise to be reached.
