10 Huge Wrestling Moments That Played Out To Silence

9. Otis Gets The Girl

After weeks and even months of being the most entertaining part of the SmackDown brand, Otis finally got to hook up with Mandy Rose at WrestleMania 36.

As we now know, Sonya Deville and Dolph Ziggler had been scheming away behind Mandy's back to keep her from the arms of the Heavy Machinery stalwart. With a little help from the mysterious hacker who's on a mission to expose SmackDown's truths, Mandy and Otis got their WrestleMania moment at this year's Granddaddy of Them All.

This was the biggest moment of either talent's career to date, yet the guaranteed mega-pop that Otis getting the girl would've received was absent.

Of all of the WrestleMania 36 matches and segments hit by the empty setting of the WWE Performance Center, Otis and Mandy sharing a kiss was likely one of the two most affected 'Mania moments.

It's rare for WWE to let the underdog get the girl - y'know, because of the classic Vince McMahon notion that the pretty blonde beauty would never fall for the quirky, rotund everyman - so it was a genuinely big deal to see Mandy scooped up into the arms of her dreamy Dozer. It's just unfortunate that this all played out in an empty venue.
