10 HUGE WWE Royal Rumble 2022 Predictions You Need To Know

1. The Toughest Son Of A B*tch

Time is running out for ‘The Rattlesnake’, if he’s even got the clock on at all.

Stone Cold Steve Austin has done just fine outside of wrestling, with the early half-in/half-out days of 2003-2005 at long last vanquished by fun roles in movies, some tremendously entertaining hosting roles on television shows named after him, and an unexpected move into the podcast world that’s made him one of the more familiar and well-liked voices in the field.

But WrestleMania's in Texas, aiming to break an all time attendance record, and could offer him a formal last run unlike anything he ever could or would have expected. And just imagine the noise at the Rumble if, of all things, the #30 klaxon is followed by the glass breaking.

Maybe rather asking "if not now, when?", the question should really be as simple as Austin's most infamous catchphrase. "What?" What has he got to gain from any of this? A succinctly as possible and in a language he'd be comfortable with, the chance to earn a lot of f*cking money, perform in front of a lot of f*cking people and give even more f*cking people their first/last ever look at the man that changed everything.

Is that the bottom line? It is if he says so.
