3. Best Friends...Forever?

Despite the contrivance of Charlotte's pay-per-view singles unbeaten streak and the numerous problems it caused in last year's lengthy programme between 'The Queen' and Sasha Banks, the surprise was evident when Bayley scored the relatively clean win following positive intervention from Sasha Banks.

However, for the second time in as many matches with Charlotte, Banks' liberal interference blurred the morality lines for the squeaky clean Bayley, who will again be forced at surface-level to be acceptant of her best friend's constant meddling.

Weeks before Bayley unseated Charlotte, the two had an uneasy backstage discussion, with Sasha exhibiting a touch of the old 'Boss' by rather dismissively shooing away her best friend during the darkest days of her feud with Nia Jax.

Bayley now sits atop the mountain and can lay claim to a pay-per-view defeat over Charlotte, which is something Banks was never capable of.

On both the Fastlane broadcast and the Raw Talk post-show, little allusion was made to any burgeoning jealously or resentment from Sasha. But with both Jax and Charlotte now dispatched and WrestleMania a month away, a return contest of the greatest women's match in company history may trump the originally-planned four-way match
