10 Ingenious Ways WWE Can Restore Interest In Roman Reigns
3. Put Him In A Lengthy Feud Against Cena, Or Some Other Veteran Wrestler
Cenas down in the midcard right now, and he will probably retire in the next few years. Perhaps his last act as a wrestler should be to elevate the man who will take his place. The smark fans always complain that Cena never loses cleanly and never puts anyone over. The Cena/Reigns feud could be a changing of the guard. Cenas popularity with kids could transfer over to Reigns (especially if Cena turns heel during the feud), and no one could accuse Reigns of burying an up and coming wrestler if he fights an established veteran. True, this would create a slower build, but perhaps the WWE pushed Reigns too quickly to begin with.
