The Truth Commission are the second entry on this list who were a pre-existing team prior to their appearance at Survivor Series. Possessing hardly any worthwhile talent between them, the stable consisted of the Jackyl, the Interrogator (who went on to be Kurrgan), Sniper and Recon (who later became Bull Buchanan) and their ludicrous theme was that of a White Separatist paramilitary group from South Africa - a take-off of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Their individual names were ridiculous and had nothing to do with their in-ring style and they struggled to put a decent string of wins together, but they did actually win their match at Survivor Series by beating the Disciples of Apocalypse - another pre-existing stable - who consisted of Crush, Chainz, 8-Ball and Skull. While the Disciples weren't great, they did have a fairly relevant wrestler in Crush in their ranks and their biker theme was infinitely cooler than The Truth Commission. Only the Interrogator survived the match as they became one of the worst teams ever to emerge victorious from a Survivor Series contest.
