10 Lessons WWE Raw Needs To Learn From SmackDown Right Now

After his recent performance in the SmackDown gauntlet match, Shinsuke Nakamura cemented himself as a top star on the brand. Similarly, Jey Uso has been doing the work of his career in the past few months with Roman Reigns. Otis was the Money in the Bank winner. It seems that SmackDown is building new stars who can carry the brand going forward.

The only new top star that RAW has made is Drew McIntyre. His reign as WWE Champion has been great, but he has no new top stars to work against. The Miz, Sheamus and John Morrison are all people he was working with 10 years ago. The only new opponent that he has had is Keith Lee, a superstar who has been pushed to the side since his title shot.

One could argue that The Fiend has been the new top star of RAW, but even still, it has been tangling with veteran Randy Orton for the last few months. There are numerous names on RAW that could be main eventing the show. Ricochet, Mustafa Ali, Cedric Alexander just to name a few.

RAW knows how to do a gauntlet match. In 2018 they pushed Seth Rollins to the moon with an incredible gauntlet match and all it takes is a star making performance like that to make a star. Simply have Ricochet deliver an NXT: Takeover quality match and they could have a new main eventer on thei hands.

There are so many superstars in the undercard who deserve to be in the main event scene and the creative behind RAW really needs to start getting behind them.
