At this stage, it is probably fair to assume that CM Punk is not Triple Hs biggest fan. In fact, it is heavily rumoured that it was the idea of having to clash The Cerebral Assassin at WrestleMania XXX, which infuriated Punk to the point of leaving the company. Whatever was discussed within that meeting has been largely kept under wraps; however the aftermath would prove to be a lot of resentment and the departure of a huge draw. With WrestleMania only months away, McMahon and Levesque (HHH) were suddenly left with a whole lot of editing to do. Prior to his exit, CM Punk was always very outspoken and has often publically questioned some of Triple Hs decisions as a business man, which they eventually worked into a storyline. Whilst much of what Punk said throughout the feud was scripted, it appeared clear that he was venting some of his true pent-up feelings towards the authorities. The straight edge wrestler would regularly berate Triple H and McMahon about their dinosaur perception on how to run a wrestling company, attacking issues such as their obsession with having body builders leading the WWE. In a recent feud with Daniel Bryan, Triple H had a line about Bryan not getting his ball and going home, which was largely assumed to be a subtle dig at CM Punk.
