10 More Wrestling Gimmicks So Bad They Didn’t Even Make It To TV

2. Bray Wyatt: Detective

The man who's real name is Windham Rotunda has had his fair share of personalities over the years.

He was Husky Harris, a "Sherman tank with a Ferrari engine" and member of The Nexus.

Then he was Bray Wyatt, a cult leader with a fondness for rocking chairs and sentences that didn't make any sense.

Then came The Fiend, an evil clown who would break your neck and then break your spirit by getting released.

But before all of this was Duke Rotundo, member of sports entertainment's number one detective agency.

As seen in the above clip from Wyatt's developmental days, the son of IRS clearly got inspired by his father's goofy character and decided to create one of his own. Alongside a partner (who we cannot track down for the life of us), Rotundo promises that his team will "take care" of anyone their clients need them to.

Does... does he mean murder? Maybe this is how he became a cult leader...

It's a truly surreal video when you think that one of the men in it is a former WWE and Universal Champion. But hey, we all have to start somewhere, even if it is in a weird fake detective agency.
