It was just a few years ago that Braun Strowman looked as if he could be in WWE for life. After a rocky start to his career, which showed he might not have been ready for the bright lights of WWE, The Monster Among Men improved dramatically, becoming one of Vince McMahon's most reliable and ever-improving stars.

That all came to a crashing halt on 2 June 2021 as Braun was the latest company release due to reported budget cuts. It was a move that shocked fans, as despite the reported large contract he carried, the former Wyatt Family member seemed to more than earn every penny of it. Strowman had become a household name, a hit with fans who made the best of nearly everything the company gave him.

With the man nowadays known as The Titan currently controlling his narrative alongside EC3, it might be a while before fans see The Monster Among Men return to WWE. That, along with the price tag almost guaranteed to accompany the former Universal Champion, will be an issue for Triple H to work on if there is interest from both sides. However, that should not get in the way of one of the best homegrown big men that WWE has seen in years from returning to the organisation as soon as possible.
