10 Most Boring Wrestlers Of 2020

8. Kushida (WWE)

Japanese striking wizard Kushida needs to get the hell out of WWE.

The company favour big personalities, and he doesn't have one. In fairness, there's a language barrier that makes it challenging for the former six-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion to explain why he's in the company and what he hopes to achieve. He just sorta' wrestles random exhibitions.

Kushida is like a Poundland (look it up non-UK residents) version of Shinsuke Nakamura when he was in NXT, and he doesn't have the kind of buzz that Naka did to make his matches interesting. Though he's undeniably excellent between the ropes, his bouts lack any context or pre-bell anticipation.

The dude has wrestled 35 matches since the turn of the year, and it's genuinely difficult to name any of them. That's not good. It might be for the best if he bolts to AEW or New Japan - both those promotions like his style. WWE, it seems, doesn't have a clue what to do with him.
