Unlike her old partner Nia, Tamina did have a few things to crow about this year. She cried actual tears upon seizing the Women's Tag-Team Titles alongside Natalya at on the 14 May SmackDown, and one would have to be frosty as f*ck to dismiss her heartfelt joy.

Beyond that though? Yeah, it was another so-so year for the female veteran.

Tam and Nattie held the titles for a nondescript 129 days, and it was crystal clear early on that WWE didn't give a hoot about presenting them as anything other than default locker room leaders who figured everyone else should bow down to them because of their longevity.

It certainly didn't help matters that those Women's Tag belts rival the 24/7 Championship when it comes to fan indifference. People aren't given any reason to care about them, so they don't. The same goes for Tamina as an on-screen character.
