10 Most Dangerous WWE Matches Ever

6. Bart Gunn Vs Butterbean - WrestleMania XV (1999)

In 1998, Vince Russo devised a tournament called the Brawl for All, where wrestlers took part in legit boxing matches. Due to the athletes' lack of experience (and the fact fans came to watch wrestling) the Brawl for All was an unmitigated disaster.

And yet, it didn't stop. When Bart Gunn won the Brawl for All tournament, the higher-ups at WWE thought it'd be cool to have him duke it out with a professional boxer the following year at WrestleMania XV.

But Bart didn't just face any boxer - he went head-to-head with Butterbean, a superheavyweight fighter with a staggering ability to TKO opponents.

The boxing match went exactly how one would expect. Butterbean KOed Bart within 38 seconds, ending the fight in the first round. The impact of the punch was so incredible, the commentators and the audience knew it was over before the referee called it.

Because of how one-sided the match was, it should've never been allowed in the first place. Bart Gunn may have only received a few strikes to the head, but he could've easily sustained irreparable brain damage.
