10 Most Infamous Fake Wrestling Relatives

1. Kane & The Undertaker

No set of fake pro-wrestling relatives have as wild a backstory as Kane and The Undertaker.

'The Deadman' had endured a tumultuous relationship with his manager Paul Bearer prior to his baby brother's arrival, which eventually led to 'The Big Red Machine's' debut. With 'Taker and Bearer at odds, Paul threatened to expose his son's "deepest, darkest" secret to the WWE audience, likening his recently-burned face to a fire from the Undertaker's past.

Bearer alluded to a traumatic childhood, and the existence of 'Taker's younger half-brother, who'd been burned and disfigured when 'The Phenom' burned down the family funeral home, then spent the rest of his youth in a mental asylum.

The secret was exposed, and Kane was born. The pyromaniac made his debut at Badd Blood: In Your House in 1997 by costing Undertaker victory in the first ever Hell In A Cell match, and looked to unleash decades worth of pent up aggression. Whether feuding or teaming together as The Brothers Of Destruction, they've been linked ever since, with their most recent interaction coming through a dark, post-show SmackDown segment last November.

With Mark Calaway ('Taker) retired and Glenn Jacobs (Kane) embroiled in a mayoral campaign, there's a chance we'll never see them onscreen together again. Regardless, it'll take some effort to outdo the intricacy of their fake brotherhood.
