2. Edge & Christian

Edge & Christian were entirely convincing as kayfabe brothers. They sported similar looks, worked similar styles, and both had bags of charisma. Having emerged through the same Canadian independent circuit, they signed to WWE within a year of each other, and first came together as Gangrel's vampire followers in The Brood.

They eventually turned face and split from their master, with their careers taking off shortly afterwards. Edge & Christian started feuding with The Hardy Boyz in 1999, laying the groundwork for a feud that was eventually expanded to include The Dudley Boyz. What followed was a legendary series of matches that brought the division to a level of prominence it hadn't experienced in decades, with E&C's insane chemistry always a highlight.

The duo split and reformed several times, but amassed an impressive seven WWE Tag Team Championships together. WWE would later cease promoting Edge & Christian as brothers, pushing their relationship as a close friendship instead, which reflects their real-life situation. Adam Copeland and Jason Reso have been best friends since childhood, and while they both enjoyed successful singles runs (Edge more so than Christian), their careers will forever be tied together.
