This is the first of two 450s on the countdown this week. In a tag match from Lucha Underground, P.J. Black hit Angelico with this crisp springboard flying attack.
This must've been a tough move for Angelico to receive because just moments prior he dislocated his elbow. It appeared to happen as he was entering the ring over the top rope, but it was hard to pinpoint. The match was quickly ended shortly after this.
