Wrestling rings are designed for bumping. In fact, they're the best place for it. They're bouncy in the middle yet they make a loud noise on impact, which means that moves inside the ring look cool but are still meant to be safe. When wrestlers leave the squared circle, things have a tendency to get dire.

Akira Tozawa learned all about this after the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion used the ring steps to administer a Sliced Bread #2 on the floor. There's definitely no give out of the ring. In Ring of Honor, Punishment Martinez learned his when he went for dive over the corner turnbuckles and out of the ring against The Beer City Bruiser. His body grazed the Bruiser, which means that most of his impact happened directly on the floor.

The lesson to be learned from many of the spots this week is to beware when you stray outside of the safety of the ring. Ten spots from the most popular wrestling shows around follow, counted down to the most insane move of them all. Continue on to see where they land.

10. Superkicking The Wrong People

Matt Jackson was temporarily blinded during his Tag Team Title Match at War of the Worlds thanks to some Bushi mist. This caused a few moments of wackiness as he put a boot to the face of his brother, then also to referee Paul Turner.

Matt located a water bottle after those Superkicks to rinse out his eyes, assess the scene, then realize his errors. Thankfully for him, the official must have understood the innocence in the assault and didn't consider disqualifying him for this.

The Young Bucks would later in the night deliver a Superkick to the chin of their now former Bullet Club buddy and the man who poisoned Nick, Adam Cole. Their feet were busy on this night.
