Brian Adams and Bryan Clarke were never in the running for awards handed out to those who were technically superb inside the ring. Instead, they were simply a pair of huge men who looked the part and meshed very well when shunted together as a team by the brain trust at WCW. Formed in the Spring of 2000, KroniK instantly morphed into an !*$%-kicking unit.

For those fans who only witnessed their abominable effort opposite The Undertaker and Kane at the WWF's Unforgiven 2001 pay-per-view, it may come as a surprise to learn that Adams and Clark were very much over in WCW. Audiences adored watching KroniK take no prisoners, regularly hitting double Chokeslams on other wrestlers and generally tearing through the rest of the tag-team ranks.

There was something simple about the tandem's appeal, they were almost like WCW's version of The APA. Even their catchphrase, 'Breakin' Necks And Cashin' Cheques' seemed to suggest this. KroniK's matches were never especially pretty, but re-watching any WCW appearances on the WWE Network shows just how popular they were. By 2000, WCW fans were looking for anything cool to grab onto, and KroniK delivered.
