Becky Lynch is a glaring omission from this list - so much so that an explanation is required.

Lynch is a major WWE star, one of an increasingly very select few safe from the cut list, and she still resonates as a star. She's performing with a big match consistency that has eluded her, post-NXT, but she was more over in late 2018. As 'Big Time Becks', the dissonance is too overwhelming to include her here. She's a heel who is halfheartedly jeered in a performative sort of way. The fans boo her to an extent, where they want to cheer her, and as a result are generally mixed and muted. It's not working, as evidenced by her record low demo rating RAW main event opposite Liv Morgan.

Britt Baker is an interesting parallel because she too is portraying a heel despite being beloved by fans in arenas. The key difference is that AEW fans have reconciled this and will react as fluidly as she operates.

Baker will generate boos for, say, stamping on Riho's head, but the "D.M.D" chants are deafening. Moreover, Baker, relative to the rest of a preposterously stacked roster, is a strong quarter hour draw.

To the specific audience - technically, Madcap Moss appears in segments with better ratings, doesn't make him a star - Baker is as over as f*ck.
